interesting to see that the ones supporting the video seem to be human services professionals or have education on the grief process. The video was wonderfully done, the mother was very supportive by guiding her child through the process instead of covering it up or pushing her, and at the end of the day the child learned a hard life lesson in a safe setting.

you are exagerating the situation, just see it as learning and knowledge in your life. That’s it.

There are 5 commonly experienced portions of the grieving process, which are often called the “5 stages of grief.”

I saw this video in religion class. The only thing that we were thinking was WTF is wrong with the mom? Who would video tape their kid and stick on youtube? Especially when they are in pain. It’s disgusting and this mom, if you can call her that should have social services called on her. She acts so uncaring in the video too. what a bitch,

The damn fish died because first
    1. they did not have a adequate amount of space.
    2. they did not have a filter.

    two basic reasons. STupid people.

I think that it is important for parents to teach their kids about death instead of lying to them and telling them something to make them happy. Kids need to know. But I don’t agree with videotaping a child while she/ he is grieving. The child is obviously saddened about the experience. So why videotape it. It’s like if your mother or father or someone or something close to you died would you rather someone videotape you grieving or actually just sit with you and help you through the process
