Worrying yourself about how your life should be is the wrong way to change your life. Thinking things are going to be different if you just give it time is wishful thinking and will not get you anywhere. You can make rapid changes in life though if you follow this guide.

You are responsible for your life, no one else is. This may be hard to accept however it is the truth. No one can make changes for you. This is your life, no one else’s. By accepting 100% responsibility for life as it is you start to take your life back. While others may have done or said things that are hurtful they are not responsible for your life. No matter what others do, it is you that interprets it and reacts to it.
Your actions are a result of your beliefs
Our minds are what generate the perspective we have on life. It is from our experiences that our mind creates beliefs about everything in life. Based upon these beliefs our mind creates thoughts from which our emotions are made and we then take action on.
Looking within and writing down your beliefs based on the most memorable experiences in your life is the best way to find the most empowering or limiting of beliefs.
Action creates change
Hoping, praying, and waiting that things will do nothing for you. It is only through taking action that anything in life will become different, and inaction is also an action. Writing your beliefs down, reading a self help book, or watching a personal development movie is the first action in a series towards making the change you seek. Keep it up.
